The "bad ending" it's not defending Pierrot and taking the pink ticket to go to the circus, where there's everyone else of the "demons". I don't know about Harlequin's route though.
the endings you just listed are the planned endings by garula, right now there is only 1 bad and 3 open endings. you read the wrong section. hope this helped
