I'm really happy to hear that! Not many people have found Harlequin cute in any way.
As for that ending... I’m still not entirely sure. I do like the kind of endings where you can stay with everyone, so I’m definitely thinking about it! There might be more endings in the future too, I’m testing out a few ideas in the script.
I ABSOLUTELY ADORED THE GAME SOSO MUCH!! The bell jingles whenever we saw pierrot were my favorite part AND THE ANIMATIONS?? god i kept clicking the H button to just gawk at the art every 2 seconds. the writing and plot are so so interesting as well i can not wait to learn more!! aching for the next part<333
Really great game here, the love interests are both very well written, and the love triangle between the eccentric red and the flirtatious green is great, the sass coming from that knife throw at the apple was adorably funny. Cant wait to see how this gem unfolds. My only gripe is the gender is not editable, and as a gay guy it would be cool to have that in the game. but i definitely won't complain if its not added as the game is grand enough without it. Rated 5 stars! :D

I was actually thinking about making gender options at the beginning of the game to complete the badge! But at the moment I still don't know how to program this, since several dialogues will be changed. So it's really nice to see your comment makes me think it would be a good idea to do this in the future! And like you I would also like to see Pierrot call me My lord.
The Otome tag should be removed then. Contrary to what some in the West think, Otome is not a catch-all word. It means "girl" or "woman" in Japanese, and the genre refers specifically to a female protag+male love interests. People can make what they want, but it should be labeled correctly.
exactly. Unfortunately, lots of people tag otome when it's amare. thus, I had NO WAY of knowing if protag was a woman. When Fem protag tag is 99% catered to *truly* otome games. I have no beef with femMC, but I want to know that before downloading the game and then being disappointed

If you bothered to see the comment threads on many, MANY VNs that were (originally) female only, there's always someone pestering the creator to make the MC neutral or gender-selectable, and the creator ends up caving. In the same vein, any time someone points out things don't need to be for EVERYONE, and it's fine to have VNs that cater to specific groups, said person gets called a "bigot" and other such nonsense. They also do this even if you mention something is incorrectly tagged Otome when it is not, in fact, Otome. Meanwhile (and I will always use this example, because it always applies), if someone were to go to a BL or Bara game and pester for a gender-selectable protag... there would be/is chaos. It's hypocrisy, and it's tiring. I'm all for VNs being for certain groups, but it has to be CONSISTENT. None of this "rules for thee, but not for me" BS.

If I went over to a BL or Bara VN (Bara is specifically made for gay/bi men. look that genre up; there's tons of VNs), and whining that it should be gender-selectable, it would be just as ridiculous.

Yup exactly. It's already very iffy to content farm visual novels since unlike other forms of gaming they are straight forward and just differ by choices if there any. But the fact that this YN ignores the creators wishes multiple times and then just moves on and writes their copy pasted "Good game" under new yandere visual novels with "their" video, which just is there to boost them, is just pure audacity.
I loved this so much! The writing was a joy to read and the art / character designs were wonderfully unique!
I thought you did a wonderful job creating the horror atmosphere! Everything was so well paced and placed in the game that it had me incredibly wary and on the edge of my seat by the middle of the game.
I loved the characters personalities and you can definitely tell the difference between Pierrot and Harlequin. (Harlequin definitely scares me more though!)
